A porcine-shaped religious politician, Yahya Zaini, has reportedly resigned from a senior position in Indonsesia's Islamic government after video evidence of his affair with a folk singer surfaced.Now he is whining.
The fatman should be more concerned about others who might feel shame after hurting his family with his bad behavior.

The Indonesian Islamic regime has deployed 20,000 government thugs to "guard" the lives of Christians during the December Holiday season.Reuters reports: "An Indonesian woman prays at Jakarta's main cathedral December 23, 2006. Jakarta plans to deploy about 18,000 police and 2,000 soldiers across the capital and its outskirts ahead of Christmas, a senior official said."
What does this action say of Islam? An Islamic government must deploy armed men to keep the majority from butchering a peaceful minority?
Indonesia's government panders to Islamofascists, frees sharia-loving Abu Bakar Bashir from jail after he was convicted of conspiring in the Bali bombing and then, some of these fine Islamists tell us that Jihad means "personal struggle."
It is a shame on Indonesia that home-grown Islamists face a "personal struggle" to demonstrate the self-control necessary not to decapitate this poor woman.

I read Mark Steyn's new book, America Alone, which provoked me to fire the blog back up.
Even "moderate" Dervishes now defend common Islamic fantasies such as killing schoolgirls in hopes of joining the 72 virgins club.
If a Koran-toting Saddamite with a rusty knife and a hard-on for Islamic death porn ever corners and threatens to behead me for being a Yankee infidel, I will remember the words of an American poet, Claude McKay:
If we must die, let it not be like hogsHunted and penned in an inglorious spot,
While round us bark the mad and hungry dogs,
Making their mock at our accursed lot.

A terrible crime has been committed in Poso, in Central Sulawasi, Indonesia, which for several years has seen sectarian violence against the Christian minority. Thugs have beheaded 3 Christian 16 year old girls walking back from school. This Voice of America report tells how the anti-Christian violence has attracted Islamic militants to Sulawasi.

The account of the attack is documented in this Reuters report, which describes National police spokesman Aryanto Budiharjo as saying up to 6 veiled men dressed in black used machetes to kill the girls from Bukit Bambu village.
Two other victims are shown to the right (photo from Reuters Alertnet). This report from The Star in Malaysia tells how the girls were found in their school uniforms, and that their heads were found 2 hours later some distance away, including one head found about 100 meters from a church. A fourth girl managed to hide and escaped with cuts.The sectarian violence must stop. There is absolutely no justification for killing defenseless, 16 year old girls on their way to school.
